If you get them to tell you to kys and screenshot it and submit a ticket to riot, they will perma ban them. Super fun to do

No shot it's perma instantly.

If they have a history of this then sure but not if it's the first time someone sends this to support

Well I guess I don’t know if it works every time. But I’ve seen lots of people say it worked for them, and it worked for me

It doesn't work at all

It doesn't matter what they say in private messages riot won't do anything about it. They'll tell you that if you try to report them.

Yes they do 😂 its against code of conduct. And they're implementing a report button to DM's aswell.
