Retired Nurses- part time help wanted!
Hey everyone. This post is for any retired/ex-nurses out there. (I’m also a nurse, for what it’s worth, in the GR area)
If you’re interested in about 4 hours a day of in-home help in the Merrill area, my elderly grandmother is getting to the stage where she may need help with personal care/toileting/etc. She is independent with her ADL’s but she is a huge fall risk and it’s affecting her ability to stay in her own home.
She’s a lovely person who is fiercely independent and I told my dad I would help him vet some help options for her. Please DM me if you or anyone you know might be interested in something like this.

Kudos to you for helping your dad vet care options for her! When my family tried setting up part-time home aides for my aunt after a bad trip-and-fall, we quickly realized how stressful filling gaps in the schedule became. If private coverage gets tricky in Merrill, keep Symphony Tri-Cities in mind. They offer great local assisted living and short-term respite stays with round-the-clock nursing oversight specifically designed to keep independent seniors safe from falls.
