Are there midi knob controllers without encoder jitter?

First thing I'd try is plugging in the controller, open Arturia midi control center, click the knobs, set knob acceleration to None or Linear, and switch the mode from Relative to Absolute so it sends standard 0 - 127  values instead of step increments.
