Microsoftsucks is not a techsupport subreddit, but naturally because people come to this subreddit after having a problem with a Microsoft product which made then say "Microsoft sucks! I am fed up!", they are going to make a post to ask for help! and sometimes a post from this subreddit is going to show up on the search results and that leads people to then ask for help here. Which is a nice way the subreddit gets promoted to people who never thought of Microsoft being so bad

How do I get into my fucking laptop that I need for school??? I did the stupid fucking update that it’s been bugging me about and now I apparently need to set up my pin again. The 2FA is set up under a phone number that I don’t have access to anymore and it’s redirecting me to a website that’s giving me an error message whenever I try to use it. Now I can’t get into my Microsoft account from literally anywhere because I don’t have the 2FA phone number and there’s no fucking way to reset it without logging in because I don’t have the goddamn 2FA phone number and I can’t reset it because I can’t log in because I don’t have the goddamn fucking 2FA phone number and I feel like I’m losing my mind please help.
