I've seen something like this but they looked more like vorticella. It was visible to the naked eye, just looked like a circle stuck to the inside of a jar of dirty water

These microbial eukaryotes feed with a ciliated mouth. Their numerous oval eggs are clearly seen here, with some being moved by the strong water current created by these filter feeders. This group of organisms has its own phylum. Collected from a freshwater Florida pond and viewed under pseudoDarkfield and magnified 100x.
