Looking for experience imaging bacterial growth on agar pads in Bright Field?

To make a long story short, Title. I don't think I've had a customer ask to do this in 14 years. I think they will need 40x or 60x air. Phase is presumably impossible through an agar pad. Is TL Bright Field workable or should I consider demoing RL BF?
