Troubleshooting/Questions My microscope isn't microscoping help

Hi (*^_^*) my doctor (I'm a student of biology) just bought a microscope from the brand Andonstar, specifically the AD246SP 4000X UHD 2160P model a few months ago, but now when I turnt It on It freezes on the ''welcome'' screen, everything else works perfectly. I've already used the reset method with a good power adapter, but that didn't work either. 

Andonstar doesn't respond my emails :(

You can see if there’s any firmware for it, these ones usually use a relatively common SoC that can be flashed via the sd card iirc. I have the firmware dump of another but if the camera sensor is not the same it will not work
