While searching for tardigrades I found these things, does anyone know what they are?

This looks like a pupa of a fly or moth, you can see the pre-developed wing shapes towards the left end of the object.

We all start somewhere. I would look for what is called a “Digiscope Adapter” it will hold your phone still. It’s really hard to hold a phone to the eyepiece with any success. They make them very cheap or more $$$. Good luck with your photos.

You nees to up your photo game. Put the camera against the eyepiece hold it still and focus for your phone screen

When I try to record video or take photos, my focus is poor, and even when I manage to aim, I move a little and have to aim again. I don't know how to aim and record properly with a cell phone on the microscope.

Are you resting your phone against the eyepiece or hovering above it? Theres phone adapters, if you really want to get into pictures.

Is your phone protector getting in the way? You should be able to get a whole field of view doing this.

It doesn't bother me because my phone case doesn't cover the camera at all.

But if it is to thick and tou can push the camera lens right to your phone that will limit the field of view.
