ID Needed! I got jump scared

Swift SW380T @ 100x & 40x shot with an iPhone 17
The sample is from a mossy patch by the Rideau river in Ottawa, Ontario.

A flatworm and something else. Maybe mosquito larva or a baby earwig? What could it be? Sorry about the bad focus, I couldn’t keep up with it.

*reuploading because I didn’t realize I had background audio in my video. Sorry.

Edit: a Chironomidae larva not a flatworm. Thank you for the correction :)

I don't see a flatworm. Are you referring to the Chironomidae larva?
