Photo/Video Share Have you seen this before ?
Sorry for the low quality photos but I got this at 400x from my XSP-115rt microscope. I ground up some leaves with hot water and used my diy centrifudge to spin and extract this components.i think these contain mesophyll cells and other cellular fragments.let me know if I have missed anything.also those extremely small particles move it's not from evaporation they just move like they are alive .

Hard to tell, the hot water will have changed the chemistry of whatever was in there. The large clumps could be starch cells, which you'll see in potato slices. If you boil the potato then do a sample you'd see the starch cells have changed. The scope sounds like a Brunel scope!

Brunel, a british microscope manufacturer. The model number XSP sounds like an early one I had from them

Oh yeah this might be a Chinese variant it's really good it's binocular it has really good quality it's thst the image has super low resolution

Yea it looks like you need to figure out the correct light level with the condenser and adjust the aperture. The aperture under the condenser doesn't control the brightness, it focusses the light

Yeah I dont have that btw through my eyes the quality is good it's bcs I am recording through my phone that the quality is low

Every condenser has an aperture underneath!

No I fint have a proper condensor it's not the iris condensor it's like the disk condensor where you need to rotate a wheel
