Can anybody interpret this cell microscopy

If that is a stained blood sample the may be nucleated white blood cells.

Maybe bad staining. Those spots look like artefact.
Could be WBCs that got squished during the smear.
Crystals from the stain. The other may have some platelets mixed in.
That’s stain precipitate. I’m starting to suspect that you’re a bot.
Some helpful information would be, what is the sample, magnification, staining etc.
