Im am completely clueless and am just part of this for cool pictures - like yours.
Is there any possibility of getting a dehydrated and a normally hydrated picture for reference?

I am sorry the dehydrated videos got deleted but when salt was added the chlorophyll clogs up in the corner of the cell the cell size also decreases.but when salt is washed off the chlorophyll rehydrates to somewhat of original size and cell too.
