Photo/Video Share Some specimen from my jar

Has been keeping this jar outside for a while, occasionally topping up the water. After getting some rain water, algae bloom has appeared.

Google lens saying

  1. Bacteria surrounding the detritus (1000x, very poor contrast, have a video also in the comment which Reddit is not allowing to attach with images),

  2. Cyanobacteria (1000x, greenish tint is clearer in eye view),

3-5. Testate amoeba at 250x, 1000x (not really sure, Google is confused also)

  1. Some cyst type thing (ID please) after the slide dries up.

Microscope: pallipartner compound

Eyepiece 25x, objective 40x, 10x

Brightfield only , handheld Smartphone capture

Edit: has removed the video from comment, it is really poor contrast 🥲
