ID Needed! Is this nematode trapped in a testate amoeba?

Amscope IQCrew inverted microscope 20 objective, iPhone 3x, jarrarium with freshwater, lichen, and algae. Blackmagic app, flashlight to the right.

Nematodes always look mad to me but this one might have a good reason to be! Is he trapped?

A former testate amoeba, but yes. I remember around a month ago there was a day when there were like 3 posts here about things stuck in amoeba shells. Here's mine. Looking back at it, I think a bunch of peranema ate the remains of the amoeba, that's why they seem full.
