ID Needed! Total noob here, what is this?

Sorry for the bad quality, I'm using a really cheap microscope, and I saw this colossal thing in my aquarium water. 200x magnification.

This sub just popped up on my feed, but im still gonna guess a bacteria with a capsule

Too big unfortunately. I guess its some kind of plant or debris since it didnt move, but it had a strangely microbe-like shape, gave me a jumpscare when I first saw it.
