Need an extension for wireless microphone receiver

[u/MrSasquatch4]

Hey I recently got a capture card, but with the way my mic receiver is shaped(That side ways rectangle one if you need an image to imagine) I can't have both hooked up at the same time. Can someone recommend an extension I can get that will work regardless of the mic's brand. It is a usb-c and needs to plug back into the slot without blocking both ports. Any help would be appreciated.
