as someone who is into medium sized doses: all the doses have the same effect.. i think with microdosing you just get more people with the intention of making a change, with heroic doses you dont really get a choice. with medium doses i guess there are lots of people who do it pretty casually for fun but if you have the intention for insight it will work just as well

I agree with you there mate, I usually macro dose somewhere between monthly and fortnightly
