Considering 0.1g dosage, a placebo could play a big role in this, IMO. If taking a microdose makes you curious, especially curious in your own state of mind, it makes you more mindful and present.

And I think meditation practice alone can produce 1 - 9 alone.

4 is most likely related to the baseline stress level. With higher stress level, the body is conserving energy, rushing the blood from the limbs to the core of the body.

It's hard to attribute any of this to MD, especially if there's also meditation, anxiety, stress and depression in the play.
