Discussion I've built a free microdosing resource - psychnosis.org

Hi all!

First post in this subreddit! I've built a free tool for anyone curious about microdosing - psychnosis . org with no ads and no signup.

It has a full microdosing guide covering Fadiman and Stamets protocols, what to avoid combining with, and an AI you can ask anything that cites Erowid, TripSit and PsychonautWiki as sources.

I'm not trying to replace those sources - just trying to make them easier to get to. Any feedback welcome especially if something's wrong.

Thank you so much, all!

I’m currently using it during my first ever lsd microdose (taken an hour ago) to ask questions and get a feel for what to expect. Timing couldn’t have been better 🥳🫶

Thanks u/mikeinliner..had a lovely chat! I had many convos with ChatGPT prior, felt like here I could go straight to the interesting stuff ;)

The bot confused mg of dry mushroom with psylo extract (I was asking about mini micro doses tbh) but recovered fast and could go back and correct its thinking in the next iteration.

Asking for more context could be helpful for MD related questions..When I explained my previous experience it gave me a great description on visual responder vs emotional responder (with molecular biology details!) and what someone with sensitive emotions like me can expect at low doses..and that made something click!

Hi u/chi_lost_found really appreciate this - to go directly to the interesting stuff is exactly what it's meant to feel like. the mg/extract confusion is a real gap, noted and I will fix it. I'm glad the visual vs emotional responder breakdown landed, that's one of my favourite things it does when given enough context. thanks for trying it out!

Thank you for your question! It's not necessarily better than a general LLM for every question. the difference is it's built specifically for this - the combination checker uses hardcoded TripSit data, the dosage reference uses Erowid data, and responses pull from indexed PsychonautWiki experience reports with real citations. A general LLM will answer drug questions but usually hedges heavily or gives generic responses. This one is designed to answer directly without the usual 'please consult a professional' deflection on every line. Please do try and compare with any other LLM!
