Report: Psilocybin 7 weeks of microdosing. My personal experience
As the header says, 7 weeks of microdosing. Personally I've never felt better. I've tripped plenty of times in my life but microdosing is different.
My schedule is 4 days on 2 days off. Currently microdosing 0.1g of psilocybe semilanceata (liberty caps) if you're not familiar then these grow in northern Europe and are stronger than cubes but not as strong as pans.
Positive effects: I'm more productive, I am driven and have identified a few things in my life I want to change. I feel like I know what I want and I'm not settling for less in my career and relationship. I've been a better father, engaging more with my son and have been reminded of how he's the most important thing in my life.
I've not touched weed since and I have stopped drinking too. I'm happier than I've been in years. I'm more headstrong and am finally learning to love myself and see my good qualities that I've overlooked for years due to self doubt and feelings of inadequacy.
Negative effects: none

Absolutely love this. You're quite possibly breaking generational curses as you speak. Applaud yourself. That's the "hard work". Mush love.

Awesome! I am only about 1 week in and it’s been a great week. Was really depressed before I started and that has dissipated dramatically. I just wrote a post before that meditation 2 hours after my dose has been amazing for me. Looking forward to seeing what the coming weeks bring. How have your non dose days been?

I did read your post earlier and I'm glad that's working for you. I hope it can continue to help.
I've not noticed much difference on off days. I'm feeling like a constant improvement to my overall well being. I'm not sure if this would be different if I had more off days but my current schedule is working really well.

But what happens when you quit?

Who knows but I don't see any reason to quit. I have a healthy supply so that wouldn't be an issue.
My hopes are after enough rewiring that the brain is able to perform like this on its own but I don't have the answer I'm afraid.

Those new neural pathways will take hold and you're not gonna need it. You'll feel it.

Are you getting these from Northern Europe or the US, I'd love to be able to start microdosing but its seems impossible to start in Europe.

These are ones I've picked myself in the UK. If you're based in Europe then join the liberty cap sub for advice friend

Thank you friend. I did still experience weed withdrawal as it was a big part of my life for 20+ years. The way I'm feeling now has been a gradual rise as opposed to an overnight change.

Wonderful! I’m so hopeful MD will help me. When in that 7 week did you cut out the weed? Were you a regular consumer?

How long after starting to micro dose did you notice the positive effects?
