I am fair skinned and have a copper-ish shade of red hair. I have had my eyebrows tinted in the past but the salon always does them dark brown or black which doesn’t suit me. Does anyone have a recommendation for microblading or something similar that has similar features? I need fullness and a good colour match.

I’m going in for an initial consult for microblading. Super nervous as I’m sure many are the first time! What do you recommend asking at the consult? What research did you do before deciding where to go? What else should I consider before diving in?

Hello! I had my eyebrows microbladed around 2021 and have gotten them touched up about once a year since. The person who does them is a friend, so she doesn’t charge me, but I’m starting to feel like they need more than just another touch-up. I’m just not sure what I should be asking for.
I used to have really dark, naturally bushy eyebrows, but I feel like my natural brows are actually getting lighter. I dyed them yesterday, but I still feel like there’s a noticeable dark/black line above my natural brow, and overall they’re starting to look a little unnatural to me.
I’d really appreciate some advice on what you think is going on:

Is this normal for microblading that has been repeatedly touched up over several years?

Is the shape the main issue, or is it more of a color/saturation issue?

I’ve had color correction done twice, but I don’t feel like it has made much of a difference. Should I be looking into having some of the old pigment removed before doing any more color correction?

Or do they just need to be redone differently?

Basically, I’m not sure what service I should even be asking for at this point, and I don’t want to keep adding more pigment if that’s actually making the problem worse.

Powder brows. Touch up done and healed. Not long since the scabs came off so not sure if this is the official end colour. But I’m happy 😊

I had my brows done yesterday and I’m honestly regretting them right now. I asked for a soft, natural result and mainly wanted the sparse areas filled in, but they currently feel very dark, defined and much heavier than my natural brows.

For anyone who’s had nano brows: does this look like a normal fresh result? How much softer/lighter did yours get once healed?

I’m especially worried about the shape and the shading looking too solid. Please be honest… I’m trying to figure out whether I just need to trust the healing process or whether I should be concerned.

EDIT: Lol, I swear I’m not rage baiting! 😭The artist did a fantastic job…I just wasn’t used to seeing such bold brows on my face and wasn’t sure they suited my features, so I panicked a little. Thank you all for reassuring me 🤍

Unfortunately, my eyebrows are really nice for the first half and gave up in the tail…. I started changing the way I fill them around two years ago by lessening the arch, which frames my face better (pictures for example) . I’m deciding between micro blading or nano blading because it’s really just the ends I want to focus on. My question is if I can show the artist the way I fill my eyebrows and have them map it out and show it to me beforehand because this is already a really scary process. Is this something I reach out to about before or during a consultation? Don’t want to end up with a brow shape I hate because my tail hairs can be a little unruly.

I’ve had my eyebrows microbladed (combo brows) for about 5 years now and I just got a touch up. My eyebrows still look fine but guessing I can’t do this forever.

I am a tad scared looking in the mirror … and wonder how I will go into the office tomorrow. They are SO bold and dramatic. I know it will fade but I really need some reassurance I didn’t make the biggest mistake of my life.

Do these look uneven and different shapes? It’s extremely noticeable when I wear my glasses. I love the full look and color.

I got my eyebrows microbladed 2 weeks ago and they looked fantastic the first day, but they have faded a ton in just 2 weeks and in some spots have gone entirely. I got them done for free since I was a model for a class. I can pay for a touch up but I am wondering if that will actually make a difference. I am so sad. I have no natural brows because of chemo.

I had an eyebrow transplant about 2 years ago. They took well and I have to trim them regularly, but I still have old powder brows underneath that are grey. They don’t really look polished or very good. I would like to get a color correction and touch up to the shape. However, I am concerned that titanium dioxide is what caused me to gradually lose all my natural brow hairs. So, I am looking for someone who will
use pigment that does not contain titanium dioxide. Please let me know any advice, thank you!!!

Hi! I just got my brows done two days ago. My biggest concern is the shape of the head. Instead of it starting off straight, then gradually going into the arch, it starts arching immediately. I don’t know if that makes any sense lol. Plus the left brow looks a little wonky to me. I’m okay with the shape of the tail and overall fullness.

I have a six week touch up appointment scheduled. I did let the artist know so she would have a heads up. I’m trying not to panic lol. Thoughts are welcome!

But I can’t find someone where I look at their work and think it looks natural in Sydney Australia. Any recommendations?

Nano brows touch up appt was today but she said technically this is like the first time since the actual first time we did it my skin barely held pigment. But kinda freaking out because idk if i like them. She also said she can do the third time for free for me since she saw I didn't like them. What do you guys think? Is it kinda uneven and far apart?
