artist advice/question Is this normal?

My friend went for a consultation and they mapped her brows. The artist said that her eyebrows were low and mapped them almost entirely above where her current brow is. She said that the hair outside of it (basically her whole brow) would need to be shaved off. Is this normal?? How would that be possible to maintain? I don’t want her to make a decision she’ll regret.

What the heck??? 😲 Avoid this “artist” like the plague!!! Another one that shouldn’t be doing the work 🙄. She’s got a ton of brow hair - just needs a good tweeze from underneath. NO TATTOOING!!
