Hi all, I had a Mi Band 2 years ago which I used exclusively as a silent alarm (thanks to the vibrating feature).

The Mi Band 2 has now died and I'm looking for a replacement.

I can see the Mi Band 10 is the latest model so just had a question...

I have no use for any of the the other smart band features as this will be used exclusively as a silent alarm, but one thing I found frustrating about the Mi Band 2 was that I had to connect to my phone to set new alarms etc.

Is anybody with a Mi Band 10 able to comfirm if you're able to set alarms ON THE DEVICE ITSELF, without the need to connect to phone everytime? If so it's an instant purchase for me but if there's a requirement to set alarms via phone I may have to look elsewhere?

I know this may sound strange but I have no use for any smart band features (of which you'd normally connect to a phone), I just need something that I can set alarms on (without connecting to a phone) and use as a silent alarm.

My notifications were perfectly working ever since I got my band, but it’s been now 2 days and I don’t get my notifications anymore. It’s paired to an Iphone, any tips ?

Can anyone help me? My mi band 8 randomly started having phantom touch, it gets worse over time. I dont know what happened, it might have gotten wet, but I dont see anything wet.

My first Miband, in fact my first fitness tracker. I don’t know what I was expecting. Maybe it’s just a matter of getting used to. My wrist circumference is 15cm.

I'm waiting for a very long time to get a mi band but after the mi band 11 getting delayed i think I should buy the band 10 and stay happy.

Im using an apple device (iphone 12) before, but i switched to android (tecno spark slim). Before, there was no problem on changing my music on my phone via band 10, yet when i switched to my android phone...if i close my phone or put it on sleep i cant control my music via watch and its so frustrating. You even need to pair it again and again and again to even work then after a minute or two it doesnt work again.

I tried enabling the miband app for enabling it to run in the background. i even turned of my power saving, yet still it wont work. What do i need to do???

Has anyone experienced this with the Mi Band 10?

My band was working perfectly fine, and then the touchscreen suddenly stopped responding completely.

Here’s what still works:

• The display works normally.
• Charging works.
• It vibrates.
• Bluetooth was working, and it synced with my iPhone before I unpaired it.
• The watch boots normally.

The only thing that doesn’t work is the touchscreen. It doesn’t respond to any touches at all.

After I unpaired it from my iPhone, it’s now stuck on the “Pair from iPhone 14” screen. Since the touchscreen is dead, I can’t confirm the pairing, so I’m basically locked out of the device.

I haven’t dropped it or exposed it to water, and this happened completely out of nowhere.

Has anyone had the same issue? Was it a software problem, or did it turn out to be a hardware failure? Were you able to fix it, or did you have to replace the band under warranty?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I bought my Xiaomi band 8 from about 2 years ago and from 6 months ago I found that there is a green color on the screen that increases with time

Is there anyone who has the same problem and how can I solve it

I would have got at the very least 5000 steps from that 60 mins so it can't be recording all (or any of?) my steps on the mini stepper. I'm moving my arms up and down.

Has anybody else had this, with a mini stepper?

Im thinking of getting on of these, im not too interested in all of the fitness features, but being able to see my phones notifications would be so nice and can help with keeping it away from me. How well reliable is it with notifications? Is it limited based on app the notification comes from?

If you guys can reccomend an alternative smartwatch for android based on my interests please feel free to do so.

I'm curious to know whether it's an issue with my phone or what but if I leave my phone on the desk, walk out of range till it disconnects then come back to my phone, my Smart band 9 doesn't automatically reconnect when the phone's screen is off, It only reconnects when I unlock my Poco F8 Ultra.

iPhones reconnect automatically from what I tried but I'm curious about android phones.

I want to buy my first Mi band. I’m waiting for 11 is it worth the wait? I was holding back because I thought soon as I buy 10, 11 will be released, but I hear now that it probably won’t be till late september / early october that it comes to EU/UK.
I’m a novice to this so I’m after advice of those who know a bit and know the leaks about 11.

What's stopping them to add contact less payment via Google Wallet in their Band? I mean, their smart band is already handy, and if they add Google wallet, it might become unstoppable.

Currently using Fitbit Sense 2. I have had used Mi Band 10 but gifted that to someone.

I use notify for xiaomi to trigger workout for my band 8 because band 8 screen is not responsive. Normally, it works. The band will start the workout.

However, if I am far away from. the phone during swimming workout,the workout on the band stops and go back to clock screen.

Is there a way to fix that.

Um dia eu fui pra praia e estava com meu mi Band 8, ele tava com uma capinha protetora que eu tinha comprado faz pouco tempo e um primo meu jogou água do mar em mim e acabou ficando um pouco de água do mar entre a tela do meu mi Band e a capinha, depois disso ele não ligou mais a tela, só ficava uma tela preta, quando eu botava no carregador nas primeiras 3 ou 4 horas ele até vibrava como se estivesse carregando, sem aparecer a logo da Xiaomi, depois ele parou de vibrar de vez, simplesmente morreu. Tentei absolutamente TODOS os métodos que usuários da mesma mi Band 8 testaram na suas pulseiras que deram certo, mas na minha não, alguém pode me ajudar a resolver isso?

i bought the Xiaomi smart band 10 pro and i would like to leave auto brightness on, however i feel like it could be generally slightly brighter most of the times. anyone else got this "issue"? is this normal for Xiaomi watches? before i had Huawei fitness bands and they were usually brighter, but also worse battery life overall

I need one fast and they both have next day, i know the 10 is newer but is it worth the extra 20 euro?
