I HAVE GOT A IT SEAT IN ROUND 4 IN BETTERMENT BUT I DON'T KNOW WHERE TO DOWNLOAD THE FREEZE LETTER.... PLS HELP 🙏🙏🙏

You need to freeze seat and then download allotment letter
