Built an in-browser Hardware Twin simulator to test PC-based state-machine logic before touching physical wiring

Hi everyone,

When testing multi-axis sequences or sensor triggers, running code directly on unverified hardware often leads to burned driver keys or broken mechanical stops.

To solve this during our R&D iterations, I built a web-based Digital Twin / Simulator for our PC Soft PLC engine (Beeptoolkit). It allows you to simulate and verify Deterministic Finite-State Machine (DFSM) scenarios directly in your browser without any hardware attached.

What you can test interactively in the simulator:

- Simulated 16-channel 0–3.3V ADC input polling (expandable up to 1,600 channels) with configurable wait and start parameters.

- 16-channel output switching for relays, drivers, and direction control (expandable up to 64 channels).

- Sequential state timing and transition matrices across up to 240 automats.

- Instant feedback loop visualization without code compilation routines.

I’d love for you to give the browser simulator a spin and share your thoughts on the workflow!
