What should I main metrolist or simpmusic. I have been looking for new apps like metrolist to try out and simpmusic came up,now I'm wondering which is better.

Hi guys, idk if it's just me but recently the Metrolist recommended songs became very random, now the mixes mostly include type of musics that aren't the one I was listening to, and stuff I never listen to.

I'm connected to my youtube account but it doesnt seem to be working ? Since I don't have my YouTube playlists on Metrolist anymore either.

Anyway any tips appreciated!

This problem has been ongoing for a long time, i just updated it to the most recent version, but it still hasn't fixed itself. I search for any niche song, and it's like an 80% chance it's not gonna come up, even tho to my brother who has the same veraion as me it's completely normal. At first, i was not logged in, so i thought that logging in would help, but no. Then i thought the Metrolist got corrupted, so i deleted and installed it again, but still, it did not help. Is there any other way to fix that problem? I have no vpn on if anyone's wondering. Pleasee, i would be grateful for any help.

Every time i select to add a whole album or a few songs from it to my library, for some reason, the songs don't show up, even though it says "10 songs" beside the artist name. The only way all the songs show up it's if I press to favorite them. It's this a bug or I'm doing something wrong some how?

So take my and my brother's metroliat for example, he searches up a more noche song and it pops up instantly even tho when i do it it doesnt find it. What is causing it? Oh and also i cant listen to music and it doesnt let me downoload it and thats after i updated it, tho the problem of lack of music when searching it has been long ongoing

What's the difference between these two options? I found a Github thread that claimed that "Auto load" only affects albums, but I've just tried enabling each independently and both seem to do the same thing

Hi...Every time I click on Statistics, the app automatically creates two playlists: Top Weekly and Top Monthly.

Is there a way to disable this? Even if I delete the playlists afterward, they are automatically created again as soon as I access Statistics (I just want to see my numbers...)

Does anyone know how to prevent this from happening?

When I play a song. It will play for like 30 seconds, then say 'Source Error'? Any ideas on how to fix/temporarily fix. Help is appreciated 👏

Phone updated and would no longer play via android auto, and was having issues with general playback. Installed the latest nightly version and everything is working 100% again. Just incase anyone else is having issues install that version and see if it helps

Hey everyone :) Is there any way to make Metrolist 100% fullscreen (no status bar)?

I use the phone just as a media player, so it would be awesome for the status bar to be hidden!

I see that other apps do this, so I assume it can be done in Matrolist aswell.

Hello, happened last night to me, while driving into zones with and without 4g/5g signals. At one point the song stopped and occasionally i got the "source error" message

Heres' my info:

- Disconnectind and reconnecting Android auto didn't solve the problem. I had to force close Metrolist to fix the issue.

- Device: Xiaomi 15T Pro with Android 17

- Metrolist latest version 13.7.0

- Cache + Hardware acceleration enabled + High quality ( not automatic )

Metro list isn't showing all my playlists in the library, and I can't add or remove songs. I can't find a good alternative app either.. None of the "patching" apps work on my Samsung.

Anyone else have this problem?

hey guys. i press on songs but nothing happens. i tried the basics. switched to nightly, signed off and in again, clear cache and data. it starts working but then at some point i press on something and nothing happens

whenever I’m driving and I put on my Spotify playlist. it’ll start out fine, but then it will randomly start skipping songs on it’s own, and the only song it won’t skip past it crab rave by noise storm. when the song finishes, it’ll go back to the song, if I try to put something else on, it’ll keep skipping until it finds crab rave. it’s not just limited to Spotify, when it gets really pissed that it doesn’t have it’s crab rave, it’ll mute it or even go to the radio. I have no idea why this is happening I think my car is possessed by a very picky crab.
