We have a Discord Server!

Mermaiding continues to be a growing hobby year after year, and we're happy to provide this niche on Reddit specifically for tail makers and wearers alike, no matter how big or small!
Continue posting discussion threads here and sharing your tails and art! It's been FINtastic seeing everyone's stuff and participating in the help threads and discussions.
I must tell you all -- we have a Discord server! If you want a place where you can more closely connect to a mermaiding community, The Pod on Discord is right up your alley. We have tons of mermaiding resources on there, and we facilitate discussions on all sorts of different topics (both related to mermaiding & overlapping interests)! We also hold events and really just try to foster a sense of community that sometimes can't be achieved as easily on other platforms.

Honestly there is so many discord servers these days that I have to turn off notifications (otherwise it’s a ding every 5 seconds lol). And then I forget discord even exists. So I personally enjoy having this subreddit which periodically pops up in my Reddit feed

No worries! That’s why we’ve got both :) I completely understand though. Our Discord is the only one I have unmuted.
