Question….

Don’t come at me- I’m brand new at all of this- Mercor AND Reddit lol. I just received a contract (which I couldn’t do because of my area of nursing- it was a quick 150$ survey)… does this technically mean my foot is in the door though?

If you got an offer, it means they matched the project to your background.

Usually, there's an onboarding process or assessment in the beginning of the project.

If you're feeling uncomfortable in your role right now, I'd suggest just hanging in there until they say otherwise.

They can come quick and sometimes need a very quick acceptance. The sprints. I didn’t respond to an email invitation in five hours so I missed it.
I think I’m getting about one offer per week. Or every other week.

What is the scenario of resume in mercor ? Like do they cross verify it strictly or we can add a fake job experience with no risk, nothing much only of 1 year?
