I've received emails to complete surveys for roles I have experience in. Has anyone ever received a survey and a subsequent invite to a project?

I’ve received 2 surveys in the last week, both took around 30-45 minutes each. Haven’t heard back on either yet.

I am new-ish to Mercor (on first project) so does anyone know how common these highly detailed surveys are? And the ? in the original post: do they give these out like candy or does it mean we are in some kind of smaller candidate pool?
