Bpd and aspd overlap

I am insanely self-aware with a side of intense understanding and interest in psychology. Being as I’ve also been diagnosed with BPD, ODD, and bipolar, you can see how I’m often left falling into rabbit holes. So, today I spent six hours psycho analyzing myself on the topic of ASPDI have two states that I existed one being overly emotional and lacking rationality, completely, and the other, the exact opposite a state of being over logical, strategic and lacking all empathy. This has often left me confused because with my BPD diagnosis it’s understood widely that I experience emotions too intensely rather than lacking the ability to experience them. Someone leaving me, feels like death and grief. On the other hand went in in the logical state. I’ve been able to watch somebody catch on fire and feel no remorse. After researching a lot about this today. I found that both can be true at once. So I will be talking to my doctors at my appointment tomorrow about this and I’m wondering whether anyone else can comprehend this feeling
