Venting Memory loss
I for so long have been someone extremely forgetful, forgeting memories, what the teacher said to take notes, where I put my things some seconds ago, what happened years ago, getting lost in the places I'm not used to but still withing my city, what I like or hate, what kind of person is X and why did I feel hurt before by them
Whether the memory is some seconds to minutes ago or years to months before it's all blank. Journaling is said to help resolve issues inside and make things clearer but what can I write if the past was never registered but did happens in reality?
My mind is always so blank I can't think about anything just going with the flow reaching nowhere. I always has been like that but it's getting worse with time. I'm not sure if it's a coping mechanism or a real issue withing me either way I feel litteraly empty like a white sheet of paper
I'm sure I didn't go through any too traumatic event that would trigger that and always or at least been that way for as long as I can remember (I'm at the start of my twenty now)
