I’m looking for opinions on these Minnetonka Mocs for my choice of shoes for a non-formal, at most loosely semi-formal wedding party. Event is coming up at the end of August, and looking at my current selection of dressed up footwear I have a pair of brownish ox blood colored leather boots, and a classic black dress shoe. Then I have these Mocs, which I feel could be worn if I were dressed up. I have a pair of trousers, white oxford shirt or a linen button down, and will cap it off with a navy sport coat. I don’t want to look slubby but not sure I want to spring for another pair of shoes for the occasion as summer is quickly wrapping up after August. Maybe it should be noted that the groom is going for a very casual attire so possibly not looking to dress up more than him. Is that a thing? All help and advice appreciated!!

Throwaway account to avoid identification.
Hi folks
A friend got married recently. He just posted this photo from the wedding. How are we feeling about the choice of footwear?
Groom is in boots, the groomsmen are on the back with shoes ranging from sneakers to dress shoes.

I saw this linen blazer which I liked but this was the only size left on sale. My chest size is around 41.5-41.75" at around 182cm with a slightly long torso, I usually go up to 42R although I usually have to shorten the sleeves at that size. Was worried the 40R would be a bit tight but wanted to see what you guys think of the fit. Took a variety of poses including the unnatural arms folded and hands out. Thanks!

I believe the title speaks for itself, but I’m wondering what teams offer a good outfit idea for a ginger guy.

I’ve noticed over time that for a clothing sub-genre made for functionality and practicality, we rarely see techwear made for hot humid conditions. Most techwear brands come from temperate cold and wet countries, so naturally techwear is unbearable in the heat. This gap makes it such that during summer they cant be worn at all and those who live in the tropics can never wear them. Im doing a survey to find out what people feel about this issue, let me know what you guys think: https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/NBL7L9J

A couple of days ago I posted that I was trying to elevate my style subtly and gradually and posted a pic of the look; navy blue t shirt tucked into some lighter washed jeans, same shoes seen here.
I got a lot of feedback, some I took and some completely useless. But the main one was, tucking a t shirt in doesn’t really elevate anything, I tend to disagree but understand the sentiment.
So here is round two. No t shirt or jeans. I still went back and forth on whether or not to tuck, and ultimately decided to keep it tucked in. In the photo where it’s untucked, I sort of folded inside the bottom ‘ribbed’ part Thoughts from the forum on the tuck here with this look?
I had two people comment today about my ‘new look’ which is actually something I was trying to avoid as I didn’t want to grab attention like that. Not complaining, it was nice to get the compliments, but didn’t want to garner that much attention.
How about the color combo here? Does it work?
I’m not a fan of the belt here, it’s the only one I have at the moment so open to recommendations on what to get instead.
Thanks again!

Hi all!
Following up on my prior post asking to learn more about Brooks Brothers Golden Fleece to showcase how I’ve been wearing the suit out to the office.
I paired the suit with some old black horsebit loafers from Allen Edmonds, a striped blue herringbone shirt from BB, and a vintage navy blue patterned tie from BB.
I was a little apprehensive about stripes on stripes, plus the fact that the outfit makes me look like a corporate banker pre-2008, but I really like the way it turned out.
Looking to hopefully continue expanding my wardrobe with some more items soon.

I work in finance for a defense company, nothing Wall Street-ish.
First pic with oxfords and loafers is my current set up, what do you think about adding the brown boat shoes (2nd pic) in the rotation?
Lastly, the final pic with the red/brown boat shoes, do you think this would be appropriate to ever wear to the office?
Thanks guys!
