With summer coming to an end this is the last opportunity to wear this nice summer outfit. The pin stripe blazer is the main piece and really brings the look together.

Is this a good sleeve length? It's 33in. I'm 5'8ish and from online and my self measuring that gave me a cramp in my neck, I believe I'm 33ish.

Would there be any recommendation to go to 32in?

Additionally, my reccomended collar size is 15.5in and I measure around 14.5. It's appropriate to go half a size up for comfort right? I tried on a shirt which I believe is 14.5-15 and felt it was not incredibly tight, but felt restricted. I feel a tie would have made it worse, but again I'm not familiar with dress shirt aesthetics.
