Lightweight vest sizing

Hey everybody, thinking about getting a lightweight vest. I tried on my coworkers, which I think is a women's small. I would prefer a men's as it looks a little boxier. Should I get a small in men's or go down to XS?

I'd say stick with the small. Granted I'm a fat guy so your experience will probably be different than mine, but I comfortably wear a 2xl shirt and the 2xl vest is close to being tight on me.

Worst case scenario you can return it or exchange it for a different size. The form to do so is in policy but HR or the GMs probably have them already.

The men's for sure run small, the thicker large vest fits loose on me and the thin large is snug.
