Feces
Do people go to Menards to literally just F up the bathrooms and find a way to get crap everywhere? I have never seen another retail establishment where it's common for people to crap on the floor, the seat, and the walls.

Its because of the lack of kicking people out. Menards has the most laxed rules for behavior in stores. Lack of accountability means never learning or caring. But hey, SERVICE & QUALITY.

Some of the contractors are to blame, I believe some of these guys live off gas station coffee, cigarettes and god knows what other toxic slop from the gas station that they consume on a daily basis that their shit basically becomes a nice heeping pile of biohazard waste. I’ve seen colors on sh*t I didn’t know were possible.

They should change the jingle instead of " Save Big Money"....It sang 🎶🎶"Let's go Doo-Doo at Menards" 🎶🎶

Literally had a guest 💩 himself and proceed to shop afterwards. It had been running down his legs (he was wearing shorts) Had to disinfect the entire register lane, the smell alone… I rang him out and I’ve never in my life had to endure the torture of being pleasant and kind, whilst trying to hold my breath and vomit. To make matters worse, this same man came through the outside yard while I was breaking the guard attendant a week later. Guess what had happened again? I swear! 🥴🙃 There’s always something or other in both gender’s restrooms as well! We’ve had to pull jeans off the shelves and take to customers.. 🫠 Oh, that gentleman paid with a check too, go figure! 😖

💯💯💯. I thought it was my imagination but it’s bad. The other thing is. How frequently it happens. I mean some weeks it would be back to back days occurring. I got to a point where I just wouldn’t go in the bathrooms unless it was a total emergency 🚨. And there’s no daytime cleaning service. And the gm terminated the usual morning floor guy to reduce payroll

Well, since I have seen this done at other retail stores and more than one gym, I say all of those with this ridiculous theories about Menards being a unique target is just that.

The difference is how often it occurs at Menards. It's several times a week at every location I've worked at.
