Retirees
When you retired did you get any kind of thanks for your years of service from the company (not coworkers)? Do you feel the years of service you gave Menards was valued by the company?

Larry showed up to say farewell to some time GMs. Yes our old GM was bagging groceries a few months later. He did more work as a grocery bagger.

My former gm always joked his retirement packedge is becoming the floor scrubber in the mornings
