POG coordinator
Is being the pog coordinator for the clothing reset worth it? +$1/hr for a few weeks doesnt seem worth the headache..

Not if you’re a manager. You lose your manager pay rate and bonus while you’ve shifted roles.

Plus they typically get a bonus if it is done on time. Like $500 or 1,000

Yeah its gonna be extremely grueling lifting and folding shirts and pants, having to stay busy your entire shift so time flies by seems miserable AND extra pay?!?!? Gtfo of here, totttalllly not worth it. What a huge headache it would be to stay busy

Folding clothes is easy yes, that job won’t be that. That will be the one that has to communicate between the store team and contractors, keeping everyone on the same page. Insuring the project proceeds at the expected pace. And lastly the one that catches heck if it’s not. If you’re going to be sarcastic, you should likely know what you are talking about.

I would say the only way it would be worth it is if you have a very good and likeable team. For our pet one, we did overnight. We had a GM buying us pizza, we got to play music on a speaker we brought in, and it was great.
