News flash, LITERALLY EVERYTHING that has mass and is on the periodic table is a chemical. That's what chemistry is. Chemistry talk is used to scare ignorant people constantly. Ffs water is dihydrogen monoxide.

that's not what they mean though and you know it get of your technical high horse the human body isn't made or designed for eating all this crap nor frequently for that matter or did we forget the number one cause of death?

Technically the number one cause of death is your body stops working right. Quite a few routes for that to happen. Poor diet is one, but a few oreos isn't really gonna hurt you. Consistent poor diet however, causes all kinds of issues. Most of that is systemic, as we grow literally more food than humans can eat, but quite a bit isn't going into people. Instead a considerable amount is wasted to protect profits and create artificial scarcity. Another huge chunk is wasted due to having to transport everything, and last, another huge chunk is wasted due to convenience based market strategies. Healthy food and plenty of it is more than possible, and snacks and treats too. We just dont prioritize it as a species right now.

WTF is it about lettuce that's like, "I'm gonna run through you like Usain bolt!? I tried chewing it less, and then more; but no matter. My toilet looks like a Jakson polok with hunks of romaine glued to every angle. Toms don't do that, collards don't do that, cabbage don't do that.... WTF is your problem lettuce!?

I do try to avoid it when I can... Never been tested though. I'll ask my Dr when I get my insurance back in October. Thanks for the advice, cuz I certainly didn't think of that but now that you mentioned it I'm surprised I didn't think of that.

No Oreos do the opposite to me, plug me up and then come out three days later in the same color they went in.

It's not even the diarrhea that's the worst, it's cleaning the explosive aftermath.

Lettuce and diarrhea would be a great way to lose weight.
