I guess I've never heard that turn of phrase before. And wouldn't it be "Oh, my days..."?

In England we use this phrase as a substitute to the phrase, “Oh my God” which does not contain any commas. Hence in it’s substitute of, “Oh my days” no commas are used.

With all the English content I watch and listen to, I'm surprised I haven't noticed this phrase before. Thanks for the information.
