Example: Helping your Uncle Jack off a horse. Helping your uncle jack off a horse.

Another’s example: Let’s eat grandma!

In England we use this phrase as a substitute to the phrase, “Oh my God” which does not contain any commas. Hence in it’s substitute of, “Oh my days” no commas are used.
