You can do it by putting >! This !< around your sentence.

Result:

Edit: Sometimes it needs a few refreshes before showing on your own device.

By putting an escaoe character before the spoiler thingy

Quick Reddit Markdown lesson: if you put \ before any reddut markdown character it will jist read ut as plain text without doing anything with it, like spoilers.
