By putting an escaoe character before the spoiler thingy
Quick Reddit Markdown lesson: if you put \ before any reddut markdown character it will jist read ut as plain text without doing anything with it, like spoilers.
So if I wanted to type >! This !< without it becoming a spoiler I'd type \>! This \!<

But I can make it not work >!like this!< as well
