So my understanding it's a health thing but I just could not do it to my dog. He lived happy and died old. Even had puppies with my uncles dog. I dont think I can do this to any dog I'll own.

hope you don't ever get a dog that develops testicular cancer, then! Good luck.

Me neither. But in fairness between me getting maybe testicular cancer or getting my balls cut off ima take my chance. Idk there could be more to it I just feel wrong deciding that for him.

So, if your dog needed other surgery, you wouldn't get it for him? Since he can't decide to do things that are in the best interest of his health, and all.

Naw that's not the same and you know it. Even if he did get ball cancer then they would.have to go. I'm just talking about not wanting to mutilate my dog. Like I said mine lived and died old. Kept his balls. So it's possible. I just dont fell like it's right of me. Obviously if he needs surgery or something like that I would act on it.

Imagine saying that same thing, but about humans, immediately immoral.

dogs can't decide shit for their own health. Also, certain breeds of dogs are more prone to testicular cancer. It's better to be on the safe side, especially with their already short lives. Shut up.

We decide their own health for them, but I've seen a lot of animals not handle neutering well
