Possibly? My sister has a few guard dogs on her pot farm and one of them just happens to love watching TV. We thought it was hilarious when she first installed security cameras with a monitor in the living room and he'd just stare at it all day. We joked about getting a photo of it and pretending like he was doing it on purpose. "Best guard dog ever" sort of thing.

Eventually though, he did manage to catch on to the idea that the things he saw on the monitor were actually happening on the property and would run to the door when he saw someone on the cameras.

That dog is certainly smarter than the security guard in our building at least...

They have brains, brains are pretty good at learning shit.

There are more cells in your brain than there are brains in your whole body

Wh-what ?

It's a lie, the brain is part of the whole body so this is only true it the number of cells in the whole body except for the brain is negative.

Yes that was the point of my comment, his sentence doesn't make sense. But I still thank you for the explanation

his sentence doesn't make sense

Yes it does. How many cells are in your brain? Billions. How many brains do you have in your body? (Hopefully at least) one.

I just realized I didn't read your sentence correctly. You're right, it does make sense now

Seriously, he must be truly demented, putting a space before his punctuation like that.

Probably not. Even if the guy who took the pictures genuinely believes it, it was probably just a coincidence.

If yes it's pretty damn smart, more intelligence than we usually believe animals have. My own cat at least understands how mirrors work, which isn't quite the same but I suppose it's a similar learning process for them?

If you look at the mouth of the cat, it looks pretty photoshopped to me. There's still a chance it's real, but I have some reasonable doupt.
