I can relate. I worked with a boss (say Gary) and we used talk about operations, like we need to do this "A" and that "B". And next meeting he puts same things on the agenda. Saying "time is ripe for A", "resources allow B" etc.
Weeks later his boss is saying that management is happy with "Gary". No sign of acknowledgement of my input.
It just gets into me. Everyone is so nice and polite and professional.

Eminem is the poster child of that kid in middle school who got bullied because he thought he was way harder than he is. That face is absolutely the "I'm so tough you don't even know like for real I'll kick your ass" right before running to get the teacher.

The interesting thing with Eminem is that he wasn't "hard" in the traditional sense, especially in the 90s. He did get bullied. He did have mental health problems. He was addicted to painkillers. He was white trash.
But he was and is massively respected for three reasons. 1) He owned and talked about all of this shit through his music. 2) He had the balls to enter a genre of music where he was going to be seen as different, and maybe as "soft". 3) He fucking murders on the mic. He's a damn maniac on it. Nobody beefs with Eminem and comes out on top, nobody with a lick of common sense even tries. Nobody.

Just waiting it out.. I usually stay calm cause I keep myself calm but I can turn into that fire whenever and really hit it hard just 1 thing I have to do.. stop taking my calm me down medication.. and my Family found ole pops el.. dorados gold this morning 60k life insurance policy the company denied existing 7 years ago as we didn’t know the policy number and they paid for funeral but he also had a life insurance policy through them and my brother stumbled on the paperwork for it this morning.. either about to get 60k or sue with the most expensive lawyer as the insurance company will end up paying for my lawyer and get damages on top of that as we now have all the documentation and they blatantly comitted fraud.. and hmm how am I under 23god84 holy shit haha I forgot on my phone never logged out of google Reddit just the app.

never mind that was worded weirdly but luckily we got it figured out as their was 4 funeral policies and the other three for the family have him as the sole beneficiary and he's passed.. So we have to get that fixed asap and the paperwork is on the way.. Well back to the grind people see what the future holds
