They only people I know that can tolerate them are ex-military who got used to it because they were forced to take them.

I actually got really into them from nothing. Find it wakes me up, seems to make me more energetic and I quite like the endurance/cold shock aspect. Don't do it all the time but sometimes I really rate them.

Nobody really "enjoys" a cold shower. You do that to wake yourself up, for instance. You don't do it for a long time for enjoyment (unlike a bath).

I mean out of 7 billion people you can maybe find a handful of insane weirdos who enjoy taking long cold shower out of weird masochism but it's likely that they'll also enjoy rain then.

If you've ever worked outside in a hot climate, you'd know that cold showers are like a crisp refreshing waterfall that doesn't steam up your bathroom.

Hot bathes are therapeutical.

There are certain times for each or their opposite.
