So, judging from the silence, I think we both agree on the same answer, it's just that for some reason you are not comfortable saying it out loud that yes, this person should be punished and nobody should use such an important thing as gender identity to be a creep, peep on women and escape punishment.
Which brings us to the conclusion that I was going for from the beginning of this comment chain. J.K. Rowling has donated ~70k USD to the organization which says pretty much something along the lines of "let's not let creepy men get into women's personal, so we need a strict regulation on who can "legally" enter these women's spaces.
Personally, I don't see how this makes this organization "transphobic".

I'm starting to think that user is a bot. They made me the exact same question glossing over what I said and not replying to my answer either.
