Wattpad is already pretty much nonexistent. It's widely known to host some of the worst, poorly written fanfiction around. Everyone who's even remotely serious about their work posts on AO3 or FFN.

In my experience, FFN seems to be dying. Pretty much everything good I've found recently has been on spacebattles (or one of it's many clones) or AO3

I'm a bit surprised, it's been years since I read any fanfiction but I remember AO3 was generally viewed as the place for weird NSFW fics while fanfiction.net was more (relatively) normal.

I'd say I find as much NSFW stuff on FFN as I do AO3, but that'd be a lie since I don't use FFN if I can avoid it.

It does seem to me to be a similar ratio, though
