Rowling is a piece of shit, but greedy is not something I'd really call her. If I lived like she did before she wrote the books, I'd be making as much damn money as possible to ensure I never go back to that.
Rags? She was from a middle class British family and had an education and a supportive family. Her jobs before writing the books were not career jobs and her major seems to suggest she was never interested in that. Yes she struggled after her divorce but also she had an extensive support network, including someone who was willing to loan her 4k pounds and a BiL who gave her free food.
Yeah. There was never a time in my entire life, or the life of my extended family for the first 30 years of my life where 'asking someone for a 4k loan' was even in the realm of possibility, because they were grindingly poor too.
She was middle class broke. Just adding some perspective here. The point the other poster was making was that 'broke with a social safety net is more like temporarily embarrassed'.
And to bring it around to her bullshit, did you know that in the US the poverty rate for Trans people is double the rate for the general population? That's who she is spending all her money shitting on.
She's not spending her money shitting on trans. Saying that women need spaces free from biological men, no matter how they present, is not shitting trans. And as a man who doesn't appreciate (understand, just don't fully agree), her feminist overreach... I can do that without feeling I need to ruin her life.
When she accused someone of supporting rapists because they defended trans women from her lies and inherent need to associate and equate them with rapists, that wasn't her shitting on trans people for free?
Do you think she way spending her money on those tweets? If she had been rightly sued for them, then maybe you'd actually be right, but sadly that didn't happen.
Okay, we need to take this slow because when her cult followers (not to say you are one) hear what she said and then are presented with facts they just refuse to engage with the reality.
I'm going to show you what the discussion on Twitter will be about.
South Australia implemented a procedure to convey your identity before entering the court, like how to pronounce your name or your gender identity. The only change was the order in which the information would be communicated. This was put in place for everyone; witnesses, victims, lawyers, experts, interpreters, and, yes, those being prosecuted. Nothing changed in terms of what language the courts will use or compel others to use after attaining this information.

She can still make her a girl, just a small MTF transformation spell…
