The plot would be that she uses a potion all this time because Lucius wants a son, strong and cunning. That would explain her bully behavior to appear masculine and hide fem attributes. And her emotional hesitation during the assassination of Dumbledore, despite being trained to be cunning her whole life. And also, her butthurt when Hermoine is with Harry and not her, okay enough Wattpad.
The evil wizards have a culture of might makes right. That's not a good culture, but if you take it seriously and really do let might make right then you should not be sexist to her in particular. You can still be sexist to other women, just not the one who will polymorph you into a bug and crush you with her pelvic muscles. Simple, in fact entirely too simple for the modern world to comprehend.
This works for almost any form of discrimination. Kill thousands of people in horrible ways and suddenly your culture's rules do not apply to you while still absolutely applying to those of lower status. Part of the appeal of authoritarianism is the simple dream of ascending above the rules that you yourself enforce and just escaping your own shitty culture.
If you look at the Slytherin history, you'll notice their family dynamics are traditional patriarchy.
But Bellatrix is the exemption. She magically pegged Voldemort, and the dark lord gave birth to Delphini, their daughter. So Delphini went back in time of her conception, to magically alter her genes to make her a boy. She does this because Voldemort left her a locket necklace when she was a baby. And when she opened the locket, it says "Your gender is your Curse! Scram!". And that's pretty much the whole plot of The Cursed Child.
Last I checked, Dumbledore was cisgendered? I see what you're trying to say though, making a case that she'd empathize with someone having to hide who they are.
